What are CPNs?
CPNs, or Credit Privacy Numbers, are nine-digit numbers that some people use as an alternative to a Social Security Number (SSN) for certain financial transactions. They are often marketed as a way to establish a separate credit identity, particularly for individuals who may have poor credit histories and want to create a new one. However, it is important to note that the use of CPNs can be legally problematic.
CPNs are often offered to potential clients from Credit Repair companies as a way to establish new credit history and ultimately try and use the CPN to obtain funding.
The only problem with that is it can be risky business trying to use a CPN as an alternative to you not being able to manage credit.
The Solution to CPNs
